1. SMS Program Description
When you provide your mobile phone number on our website forms or appointment scheduler and explicitly opt in by checking our unchecked consent box, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Invest Wit AI regarding your AI Growth Audit, scheduled consultations, service updates, and account notifications.
2. Non-Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchase. You may request an audit or contact our team via phone or email without consenting to SMS text messaging.
3. Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies based on your consultation status and appointment schedule. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
4. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
